The ideal employee has a mix of independent and team work ethics.

Enthusiastic people often produce positive feelings and productive energy throughout the workplace, as their passion and eagerness to learn can and build relationships with other employees and clients can impact others. This sort of energy can transform your business and your current workers.

Do you want them on your team?

Ultimately you are hiring them as people, not their skills. It’s not often that a candidate will have exactly the right skills posted in the job description. Find out who the person sitting in front of you really is, and if they are someone you would want working on your team. Anyone you hire is going to need to learn any job they are hired into. Gut instincts are important; listen to them, but remember the questions you ask during the interview process can help, too.
