Our client provides  next generation of innovation with tech-fuelled creativity, Launched in April 2013, they teach coding, making & digital media to students 7-17 year sold in camps, courses & special events, using their propriety curricula. Students design, experiment, look for feedback from peers & tutors, iterate & pivot when necessary – in a supportive community to help them become creative, resilient, adaptable & entrepreneurial. They have delivered over 10,000 educational experiences to young people in the UK and around the world and we are looking to take our business to the next level! 




They are looking for an experienced & ambitious Program Manager to commandeer & manage a number of special projects . The Program Manager will be reporting to the Director of Operations, and often working alongside the CEO. For the example of a project responsibilities would be to project manage the online curriculum roll out, to coordinate the curriculum changes and production (with CEO input), to coordinate with HR on staffing the project, to arrange all travel, order all materials, track budgets, and support communications with the team.  The Program Manager would probably also be onsite for the project for 2-3 weeks during August 2019 to ensure that a fantastic program is delivered for the client.

Other projects for this job will include working on the launch of the franchise product, project managing a publishing project if we win it, and managing/executing special events with sponsors, project managing some content creation including video content, staffing, planning and executing special events around the UK, as required.


Main Responsibilities


  • Project manage the preparation of materials, staffing and outcomes for a specific project, and act as first point of contact for the client.
  • Identify, commission & direct competent consultants & suppliers who may be required to Represent them in program discussions
  • Foster & maintain a positive relationship with client
  • Roll out the delivery of the project managing the team on site for the project & providing constructive feedback to supporting team where required 

Other projects: 

  • Help gather requirements for other projects
  • Project manage their implementation
  • Track budgets on new projects
  • Contribute content or other substance to those projects where appropriate (marketing, comms, content) 



  • Min 2 years experience in project management of projects with budget >£100k
  • Experience managing projects with overseas stakeholders desirable
  • Experience managing teams/contractor & their deadlines
  • Extremely strong attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Prince2 Qualification or equivalent is desirable
  • Can-do attitude, flexibility & willingness to roll up sleeves in a small team to get the job done 


Time Requirements: 

  • 9-6 Mondays to Fridays, generally although there can be some out of hours work.
  • Location: Hammersmith, London – some remote work possible
  • Start Date: ASAP
