Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager - specialist on Brand Ambassador campaigns

Location(s): London (Brixton)/ remote


Role Objective:


To deliver campaigns within the On-Campus Promotions arm of the business, within the Client

Services Team. This involves recruiting, training and remotely managing teams of student Brand

Ambassadors who are working on university campuses to deliver marketing and recruitment

campaigns on behalf of their clients. These campaigns will vary in length, and you will also need to

have the flexibility and willingness to take on and any other type of campaign required by the



Key Responsibilities/ Functionalities:




  • Main client contact on all campaigns you are leading on, with knowledge of client’s industries and recruitment processes.
  • Deliver on all aspects of the campaign from planning, set-up, recruitment, training, promotional content, external suppliers, delivery, to end-of-campaign reporting.
  • Design and run training days (face to face or virtually) and briefing calls for Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped to accurately represent their clients.
  • Manage regular updates with clients to ensure their campaign is performing well; including tracking of all campaign KPIs, performance to campaign objectives and creating reports
  • Motivate and incentivise your teams of Brand Ambassadors to perform and hit their targets
  • Be ultimately responsible for the campaign hitting target targets and objectives
  • Be responsible for campaign P&L to ensure the campaign comes in on or under budget
  • Work with the Commercial team; attending meetings, encouraging top-ups and cross selling
  • Responsible for renewal of business from campaigns being managed personally.
  • May act as mentor for junior members of the team including Account Executives




  • Willingness to join in any other projects that will support the development of and help achieve the business aims and objectives for On-Campus Promotions. Examples include:
  • ○ Leading on social media channel management
  • ○ Relationship development
  • ○ Management with business stakeholders, improving processes and systems used to deliver campaigns and digital projects.


Essential Skills


  • Project and/ or campaign management experience of between 1-2 years
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and channels
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Brilliant with people and confident in building relationships
  • Capable in delivering presentations and training
  • Brilliant listening skills
  • Comfortable adapting to changing situations
  • Able to come up with solutions to challenges faced by trying new alternatives
  • Passion for coaching young people and willingness go above and beyond for your clients
  • Highly motivated by hitting targets and achieving results




  • Industry experience within Higher Education or working with students
  • Remotely managing teams of Brand Ambassadors
