Account Manager (Digital Client Services) - Multi Award winning Education platform - up to £29k

Job Title: Account Manager (Creative)

Location(s): London

 

A muti -award winning experts in digital and face-to-face solutions to ensure employers attract the best early talent from Universities and schools.

 

Role Objective:

  • Deliver campaigns within the Creative campaigns and wider Client Services Team. This will involve managing Digital Microsites Campaigns, Hybrid Campaigns, Campus Events Campaigns and Single Employer Virtual Events. These campaigns will likely involve remote managing teams of Short-Term Brand Ambassadors on behalf of their clients.
  • This role will involve collaborating with other Account Managers and supporting Senior Account Managers and Account Directors within the Creative Campaigns and wider Client Services team.
  • Although this role is focused on the campaigns listed above, you will have the willingness to take on other types of campaigns if required by the business.

 

Key Responsibilities/ Functionalities:

 

Campaigns

  • Responsible for delivering client campaigns, which are often multi-product across the business.
  • Main client contact on all campaigns, with knowledge of client’s industries and recruitment processes.
  • Manage regular updates with clients to ensure their campaign is performing well; including tracking of all campaign KPIs, performance to campaign objectives and creating reports
  • Project manage internal teams and stakeholders across projects
  • Be in charge of campaign P&L to ensure the campaign comes in on or under budget
  • Be ultimately responsible for the campaign hitting target targets and objectives

 

Account / Project management:

 

  • Responsible for renewal of business from campaigns being managed personally and in areas of your responsibility.
  • Where relevant, collaboration with internal teams to ensure digital campaigns and virtual events go live on time, utilising project management tools. Internal and client point of contact, ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
  • Manage events face to face on university campuses when needed
  • Work closely with external suppliers and university contacts to deliver event campaigns
  • Work closely with all Account Managers across the Client Services team to ensure a cross-functional approach to client campaigns through all their brands/ products
  • Contributing ideas to projects and leading on areas for innovation and driving the product forward

 Skills and Experience:

 

Essential:

 

  • 2 years professional experience in an Account Management/Campaign management or similar role
  • Project/ campaign management - complex in nature, breadth and depth
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • First class interpersonal skills
  • Brilliant listening skills
  • Excellent understanding of the English language (both spoken and written)
  • The ability to adapt and change according to the situation
  • Able to adapt and change according to the situation
  • Able to come up with solutions to challenges faced by trying new alternatives .

 

Desirable:

 

  • Professional experience ideally within Graduate Recruitment or Higher Education and/ or a similar role
  • Experience of working with students who are employable as Brand Ambassadors and Short Term Brand Ambassadors.
  • Experience working on pop-up/experiential events
  • Experience working on digital campaigns
