An amazing Marketing and BD agency in London are looking for a B2B marketing superstar to join an exciting growing marketing and communications team. This is a new role to allow for growth – an exciting time to be joining the business as they continue to grow their client portfolio, push into new sectors and new regions around the world.


  • They are a B2B marketing agency – you can think of them as an outsourced marketing and business development department for businesses who want to win new clients and grow. They work in the creative and tech space, so their clients are leading creative and advertising agencies, tech giants, and tech disruptors. They also work around the globe with clients in the UK, US, Europe, China and APAC.
  • In this role you'll be working alongside 8 - 10 of the best creative agencies in the world and B2B tech businesses from giants to disruptors. You'll help them implement business development, event and marketing strategies designed to grown their client portfolio.
  • They combine strategy, clever marketing and skilled 1-2-1 outreach to take a truly modern approach to B2B marketing.




This is a fast-paced role, and would suit an ambitious B2B marketer who is thirsty to grow and expand their knowledge. A passion for the marketing and creative industry is a must, as while this is B2B marketing in nature, the topics and themes you will be writing about and crafting events around will be B2C topics.


As an example – you might be working with an experiential agency to host an event on what the future of experiences looks like in the metaverse; with a YouTube marketing agency to explore how brands can best use content in a world where consumer behaviour has changed exponentially over a short period of time; or with a tech business to launch their latest AI product to market.


A bit about the role:


This is a really varied role and we can share the full job description, but here are the highlights:


  • Write thought leadership content designed to drive lead generation – from short articles, event takeaways, and top tips, through to larger research reports, video content and whitepapers
  • Event management – from forming the theme and topic, writing and building the event landing page and getting the right people to register, through to managing the event on the day physically or virtually
  • Write and execute email campaigns to share content and events in a compelling and effective way
  • Manage the CRM for each of the clients you work with ensuring you have the right target audience to market your events and content to
  • Drive awareness and generate leads for your clients
  • Account management – building and maintaining relationships with clients through day-to-day contact and presenting ideas and plans


Experience needed:


  • This is an incredibly busy and varied role, so organisation skills are key. An expert juggler!
  • People skills – being able to deal with people in a professional and friendly manner in the context of client servicing
  • Strong writing skills – thought leadership content, event outline positioning and B2B email campaigns
  • Adobe suite – an understanding of InDesign is preferred, but we can also teach you this
  • Excel skills – being able to deal with large data sets, filter and run look ups
  • General MS Office
  • Experience in using an email campaign or marketing automation system
  • Knowledge of working with a CRM system
  • Understanding how to build landing pages is a bonus, but we can teach you this
  • An understanding of the basic principles of design or an eye for design

Salary – between £28,000 – £33,000 per year depending on experience and the person


They work from the office on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s every week with Tuesday’s and Friday’s flexible – you can work from the office or from home. Being together in the office is really important to allow their creative juices to flow freely … and because they love eachothers company!
