Job Description


They are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with intermediaries and commercial finance brokers. You will liaise between marketing and sales team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our financial products and sales support according to the brokers’ needs.


Moreover, your tasks will encompass the following:


  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the intermediary and broker network and identify further growth opportunities.
  • Provide high quality service to their partners, build deep and sustainable relationships and assist with high severity requests or issue escalations when needed.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their financial products and sales support according to partners needs.
  • Deliver revenue targets within the partner channel and plan and carry out marketing and sales activities towards partners.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate clearly the progress of the initiatives you have set up to the UK Head of Sales and team members.
  • Travel to meet with existing and prospect partners and attend relevant networking events and industry related events promoting the business.

The ideal candidate:


  • 5+ years of proven experience within broker/partner sales with a banking or lender background field and a proven track of sustainable relationships with brokers/accountants and potentially other introducers
  • Passion for Sales, especially at excelling at hitting targets
  • Has no problem operating with an individual target and team target
  • Experience in delivering client-focused financial products based on customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proven ability to build things from the ground and a strong passion for Finance.
  • A winning personality with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent educational background.
