A top 100 best places to work award winning business, in S.London is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager. They are a Early Education Digital (School's and Universities) business attracting talent to leading clients such as Barclays, Microsoft, TFL etc.

The role...


  • They are looking for an ambitious and confident Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.
  • This is a new position that they are bringing in to accelerate the growth of the business.
  • As such, they need someone with ability and initiative in equal measure to hit the ground running.
  • As their Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing their strategy for paid media, driving traffic, student acquisition and optimising campaigns for a couple of their main sites.
  • Building on the success of their brands, you'll be working with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure our online campaigns are the very best they can be.



Main responsibilities:


  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (search, display and video) on Google Ads to capture data for the 2 main sites they run, including optimisation to drive down cost per acquisition. (CPA)
  • Manage internal and external paid advertising campaigns on Social Media for the sites.
  • Explore new social platforms or digital channels to increase engagement and ROI for the business
  • Landing page optimisation and A/B testing to analyse traffic and data
  • Analyse data lifecycles to measure engagement and improve reporting and efficiencies across marketing channels
  • Lead on the email marketing strategy for the sites, including building, testing and optimisation
  • Support wider team projects through online marketing



Skills and experience


We need you to have...


  • Passion for helping all young people take the first steps in their career
  • At least five years experience working in digital marketing
  • Experience in email and social media marketing
  • Experience working within budgets
  • Ability to make informed decisions based upon data
  • Ability to handle challenges and solve problems
  • Organised, logical and thorough with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication


It would be great if you are also:

  • Experienced in the recruitment industry
  • Experienced marketing to students and/or school leavers





£35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience plus amazing and flexible package!
