Job Description

Based in stunning offices in West End for an upmarket, reputable Global Property company , this Team Secretary position is based within the London Sales and Acquisitions team

As a key member of this close knit and friendly team, you will provide support to the Managing Director, Head of Sales and Acquisitions and Financial Analyst, handling highly confidential information regarding the purchase and sales of properties with very high values.

The environment is fast paced, fun and buzzing and would suit an intelligent, like-minded Team Secretary wanting a challenging position

Your duties will be

  • co-ordinate viewings,
  • liaising with vendors, applicants and solicitors, Preparing brochures
  • Assist with advertising campaigns, memorandums of sale and collating marketing material
  • Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary.
  • Regular consideration of sales and acquisition files and advising fee earners on any action required.
  • Handling associated administration including Managing filing systems, photocopying and opening/closing files in a timely manner.
  • Opportunity to assist with handling sales of some of London’s most sought-after residential properties
  • Other ad hoc duties

To succeed in this Team Secretary role, you will have:

  • 2 + years' secretarial / administrative experience within professional services
  • Experience from conveyancing or previous property background is desired but not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to liaise with high net worth individuals
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills including mail merge
  • experience organising diaries and arranging travel and meetings
  • Flair for English language with excellent spelling and grammar
  • High level of numeracy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Well spoken, clear speaking voice
  • Will to help the wider team if needed.
