We have created a new TA Support function where we can partner with inhouse teams to help with when you need support! This is mainly due to lack of time, or quality of CVs!

The biggest challenge in-house talent teams face is if they cannot fill a role, they are forced to consider using traditional recruitment agencies with extortionate fees! (Also kinda defeats the point of having an inhouse team!)

This is where we come in! We offer a new subscription based service to help resource and source for the roles you need!

make sure you are happy with the service before you sign up! Get a 2 week window to see the quality of CVs we are able to produce before signing up! CVs will be vetted, spoken to, shortlisted and send across with a full coversheet!

Monthly Fees:

£ 1250 up to 1 role per month
£ 2,500 up to 3 roles per month
£ 5,000 up to 5 roles per month

We do NOT charge commission!

Guarantee

If you are not happy with the service or no interviews are shortlisted for the roles we will offer a full refund for that month!

We are proud to say we have a 85% fill rate with our clients over the past year. This is data accumulate via our sister company Honor Search. Whilst we cannot guarantee to fill every role, we have all the infrastructure and tools (Linked in premium, main Job boards, along with a huge database of candidates we have built over the years!) to make sure we attract the best talent.
